´Ms Nyangoma holds of a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration (both from Makerere University). She has over time acquired ample knowledge and experience in auditing and financial analysis, revenue collection, tax assessment, filling tax returns, risk assessment, among others.
´She also holds a Higher Diploma in Marketing (National College of Business Studies, Kampala) as well as certificates in Check Point Security Administrator R70 (Information Security Systems [Pty] Ltd, South Africa), Fraud Prevention and Detection (Ernst & Young Limited) and Audit Specialist Skills (Pricewaterhouse Coopers [PWC] Limited).
´As a professional auditor, Ms Nyangoma is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (FCCA) – UK; a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors; and, of the Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. She holds an International Certificate in Risk Management (CIRM) -UK and is an elected Certificant of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM-UK).
´She has been a Provident Fund Trustee and chairperson of the Fund. She holds a Trustee Licence and a Certificate in the Trustee Developments Program Kenya (TDPK). She has developed and implemented various tool for the Provident Fund. These include Trustee Deed and rules, Risk Management Policy, Investment Policy Statement (IPS) Finance & Payment Policy, annual report. for the Provident fund and prepared for the Audits of the Provident Funds.
´He is currently serving as an external Trustee with Uganda Revenue Authority Staff Retirement benefits scheme where he also serves as an Audit Committee Chairperson. He has been trained in trusteeship including the Trustee Development and Certification Program at the College of Insurance in Kenya and Johannesburg school of Finance.
´
´Donny previously worked with Uganda Revenue Authority in different capacities also as a founding member and Principal Officer for the Uganda Revenue Authority Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme.
´Donny is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). He completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) at Makerere University and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting – Oxford Brookes University.
´Diana is passionate about financial literacy and inclusion and enabling as many citizens achieve their financial aspirations through ethical financial and investment decisions over their lifetime and actively participates in this cause especially within the corporate setting.
´She is extensively training in trusteeship including the Trustee Development /Certification Program at the College of Insurance in Kenya. She has been involved in Audit assignments for the scheme as well risk management activities.
´She has also served as Project Manager for the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning Solution, a major technology project at the Uganda Revenue Authority leading to greater efficiency across the organization and enhanced and service delivery. She has also taken part in several Public Sector Financial reform assignments as well as Corporate Strategy formulation and review both within URA and the URASRBS.
´Diana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Makerere University, is a fellow of the Association of Certified Accountants and a seasoned Certified Public Account of Uganda.
´He is a thought leader for public policy in technology regulation in Africa and has spent the last decade discerning the what and which, of how public policies are used to harness digital opportunities in the region.
´He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) Degree from the Melbourne law School, Australia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Makerere Law Development Centre, Kampala, Uganda, and a Bachelor of laws (LLB) from the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
´He is an Advocate of the High Court, Member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Law Societies of Uganda and East Africa and Secretary to the Uganda Communications Commission, Staff Provident Fund.
´He provided technical assistance to Board in preparing and reviewing the Investment Policy Statement (IPS), establishing the strategic asset allocation and associated benchmarks, reviewing Fund Managers performance including analyzing the sources of value addition.
´He is committed to supporting clients achieve their investments objectives.
´ Robert holds BSC (Economics and Statistics), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK), Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA-USA) and a Trustee Development Program (College of Insurance-Kenya).
´Nelson is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds a bachelor of Statistics degree, post graduate certification in Monitoring and Evaluation and is currently pursuing an MBA at Edinburgh Business School – UK.

´ Nelson has also previously worked with Ernst & Young under the assurance department as an auditor delivering timely reports on financial statements and internal controls of clients. He also worked at Letshego Uganda Limited as a senior accountant responsible for financial and management reporting.
